Parcel service up to 30 kg
With our parcel service, we accept small parcels weighing up to 30 kg, measuring up to 1,500 mm in length and with a maximum circumference of 2,500 mm. If your shipment exceeds the weight limit, we will accept it as general cargo. When it comes to our parcel service, we attach a particularly great deal of importance to personal delivery and a high-quality customer experience. Product pick-up is the defining moment. In keeping with our commitment to sustainability and efficiency, your parcels will be transported overnight by train – the environmentally-friendly method of transport.

The garments will be delivered directly to your boutique within 24 hours of you placing your order, and we will take all the usual precautions that are customary when transporting precious fabrics and expensive accessories. We will clear customs at 5:00 am, and your goods will be delivered before you even open your doors.
